Finally got to Marmaris last night after hassle clearing customs in Rhodes. Thankfully we got here later on in the evening as it was 44 degrees here this afternoon and that's just a bit too hot for me .

Did the handover to the client this morning and then a taxi to Bodrum airport and a looooooooong wait for my flight back to Stansted, ho hum!

Anyway, raining back in the UK so situation norm I guess, Wimbledon must be on!

Cleared customs in Kefalonia and then an overnight motor down to Kithira to yep, you guessed it, refuel again.

There are no dock fuelling facilities here so a phone call to the BP garage to let them know when we are arriving and...

Probelm is, I have to go back to the garage to pay...

Arrived in Leucate late Friday night and met up with Steve Penfold and Mike Weedon.

Prepared the boat over the weekend and then left Lecuate on Monday and made it to Bonifacio, Corsica after two days of inclement weather.

We got in late on the Wednesday night and the fuel dock was closed so up early the next day, refuelled and got stung for 50 euros for the 8 hours we were there...next stop across the Tyrhennian Sea and the Isle of Ponza to refuel again (this boat has no range at any real speed).

Refuelled at 1830 hours and then straight to Reggio Calabria in the Messina Strait. Refuelld there and an overnighter to Kefalonia.

Don't like the weather at the moment in the UK so have decided to go back to the Med for another week or so. Fortunately this coincides with the delivery of a Jeanneau Prestige 46' from Leucate to Marmaris so it's not like I'm going on holiday. You know how it is!
