If you can think of a convenient time for the install, that’d be great.

I don’t know where in the world you are, but I live in Thailand and that’s GMT+6 or 7, depending on the time of year.

You’re US-based

If you’re in the States, my 7 am is likely to be your 7 pm (or thereabouts). 7 am is the earliest I can do an install though (what with taking my dog for a walk, seeing my girls off to school).

At night, 9 pm is the latest I can do it; so, that’ll equate to 9 am if we’re 12-hours apart.

You’re Europe-based

If you’re based somewhere in Europe, then it makes things easier. Most installs are done in the morning where you are, as we’re going to be 6 hours apart. 6 am for you is mid-day/early afternoon for me.

So, let me know what’s a good time and I’ll try and clear my schedule.

Based Anywhere Else

The chances are we’re going to have an overlap on our working days, so that makes it easier.

Team Viewer

You need to download and install Team Viewer

This is essential. I can’t do anything without it. So, make sure it’s downloaded, installed, and working prior to the call. If not, then I can’t do the install. There are no refunds either: I have to free up time to do this, so please make sure it’s ready to go.

It’s a little harsh, but if you can’t install and get that working, then my apps might also be a little more complicated than you’re used to.

English is preferable also, as I struggle with other languages. I once installed this on a ladies machine in Finnish. It was difficult, to say the least!
